1
Open Kvanta5-Qt and click the Receive tab.
2
Enter a label if you want to name this address — optional but helpful if you plan to run multiple miners.
3
Open the address type dropdown and select Wrapped P2SH (mining capability).
4
Click Create new receiving address. A QR code popup will appear.
5
Copy the P2QR mining address.
Run the following command on your local machine with a Kvanta5 wallet loaded:
kvanta5-cli getnewaddress "" "p2sh-segwit"
The address returned — beginning with 3 — is your mining address. Note: this requires a wallet to be loaded on your local node. The pool's mining node does not hold or generate wallets.
The workername after the dot is free-form — use anything that helps you identify your rig (e.g. gamma1, nano, basement). Each unique workername appears as a separate worker on your dashboard. You can run multiple miners to the same wallet address with different workernames and all rewards go to that one wallet.
